The Thaton River View Resort, Chiang Mai consists of long bungalows and single houses scattered around with plenty of space to provide privacy. Each air conditioned room is equipped with hot and cold shower, comfortable beds, single and double. The houses offer individual views and backdrop. For those staying in a bungalow, just looking up from your bed, the mountains and river come into full view.
In the early morning, there could be nothing better than lounging at the table on the verandah, sipping warm coffee, watching streaks of thin fog fading away from the hilltop. The cool and soothing breeze is refreshing and reassuring. The sound made by the water against the shore is pleasant as the song of nature.
The main building serves as the reception area and the restaurant, and is regarded as the assembling point for people in the area who come to dine on seafood, supplied daily from the Eastern province of Chonburi.
